I've an Ecotric Seagull. I received it 2 or three years ago. No difficulties. I haven't got a car or truck. I've this bike. It gets me everywhere you go I want to go. I've had no challenges with it. I broke the screen on nit and experienced difficulty trying to buy one on my own
